Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoctorFloors portal and related services (the "Service") operated by DoctorFloors Pty Ltd ("DoctorFloors", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at portal@doctorfloors.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to access data you are not authorised to access; (c) interfere with the operation or integrity of the Service; or (d) upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

3. Customer data

Work order, health-check, store, and customer information you submit through the Service is processed on behalf of the organisation that owns your account. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or to protect the Service or its users.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email to the address on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service, its users, or DoctorFloors.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoctorFloors disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
